SASSA Will Take Expert Services to Fernie Local Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie 2 Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers on the community.

SASSA will probably be rendering services such as new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency said it can be alarmed about the significant quantity of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The aim of your Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some significant quantity of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is often a result of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's website no fully functional office focused on service the area daily. The service level made for intervention ordeals a superior inflow of possible beneficiaries, which makes it tough to the office to attend to all people who check out a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise additional means to empower the servicing of all shoppers and enhance entry to Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
